No. Here is exactly what they can and can't see.
What other hub members see#
The hub's shared albums, and nothing else of yours.
They don't see your personal albums. They don't see the contents of your phone — Keepr only has what you add to it. And they don't see albums in the hub that you've marked private to you.
Anyone can have a private album in the hub#
Not just the person who created the hub. Not just admins. Any member can create an album that only they can see.
It behaves like any other hub album — it uses the shared storage, so it doesn't need you to have a personal plan — except that it's yours alone. Admins can't see it either.
This matters most for the person joining someone else's hub. Being part of a family archive doesn't require giving up a private space, and you don't have to choose between the two or pay separately for the privilege.

Hiding a photo doesn't work here#
Keepr lets you hide a photo from particular circles. That controls who outside the hub sees it.
Inside a shared hub album, it doesn't apply — hub members see the album's photos. The reason is the same one that makes hubs useful: a household sharing one storage plan is meant to reach one archive.
So the tool for "not for the rest of the household" is a private album, not a hidden photo. These get confused, and confusing them means believing something is hidden from your family when it isn't.
Leaving takes your access, not your photos#
If you leave a hub or are removed, you keep read access for 30 days so you can download anything of yours. Photos you added stay in the hub's albums unless you remove them.

What a hub admin can and can't do#
An admin manages the hub — who's in it, what members can do in each album, which plan it's on. That's real power over the space.
What it isn't is visibility into you. An admin can't see your private albums, your personal albums, or anything you haven't put in the hub.
